Begin ICCCM implementation

WM_NAME, WM_ICON_NAME, WM_COLORMAP_WINDOWS, WM_CLIENT_MACHINE,
WM_TRANSIENT_FOR

Note that polymorphic text handling is not implemented
correctly (especially for COMPOUND text)
